Task 17 staging release gate
Runs one fresh read-only MYOB metadata check, then certifies the existing Google session, Task 12 sandbox rehearsal, Stripe test webhook and authorized recovery evidence. It cannot send another message or enable live billing.
Task 18 observation and GO/NO-GO
Start only after the committed build is on the private HTTPS host and Task 17 passes. The external deployment probe records sanitised health samples throughout the bounded observation; production delivery and live billing remain off. Assessing before the shown time closes the window as NO-GO.

Only requesters and assigned candidates can see this history. The requester alone can cancel a pending grant.
